Please review the order contract prior to placing your order. Once your order is received, you will receive a copy of the contract to be signed and returned before we begin production on your order.
Due to the fact that all jackets, capes, tops, and bottoms are made to order, payment is due at the time the product is ordered. Once you have placed the order, no changes can be made.
Please consult the size chart provided on our website for accurate sizing guidance. We recommend opting for the larger size if you find yourself between two sizes. Any changes in size after placing an order or errors in measurements are not the responsibility of Seraphim Designs. We do not assume liability for alterations or cleaning services provided by third-party seamstresses or cleaners. All Seraphim products are dry-clean only.
All orders must be placed no later than 4 months prior to the wedding date, or we cannot guarantee arrival prior to the wedding date. All products are made to order, and this timeline depends on a number of factors such as fabric availability, detail of lace application, length of jacket/cape, and more.
Due to the fact that Seraphim Designs products are made to order, there are no exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
All lace is hand cut and positioned individually per jacket or cape; therefore, lace patterns and their placement may differ slightly from photos.
